Strange Brand Of Happy (DVD)
$19.95
Rated PG-13
After losing his job David is pushed by his roommate to hire a life coach named Joyce. A decision aided in part by how pretty David finds this life coach, but also a desire to get unstuck in life. When Joyce invites him to join the volunteer group she takes to a retirement home David discovers his manipulative ex-boss, William, is part of the group and interested in Joyce as well.
The motley crew of retirees instantly recognize the potential for drama with this love triangle. A wily old man goads the boys to battle for Joyce. As a result, David begrudgingly agrees to go to an open mic night Joyce holds for people to ponder the existence of God. It’s there that a poet says a few things that cause David’s head to tilt and move him a little further down the path of finding himself. The problem is the ungentlemanly competition he’s still in with William. When that turns extreme, David makes a decision that nearly ruins his dual-level progress with Joyce. He’s then forced to turn to the only community he has left, the ragtag band of retirees who point him in the direction of true north.

Confessions Of A Crappy Christian
$17.99Why does it so often feel like Christians can’t talk about the real, hard stuff in life? We know our lives should reflect Jesus; what He did and said, and how He interacted with others. But if we’re being honest, there are days when we face tough, confusing things that can make us feel, well, very not like Jesus. As our culture moves further from truth and grace, Christians are burned-out, isolated, and unsure of where to turn for sound biblical advice that applies to their everyday struggles. If you’ve ever felt this way or wished someone would talk about things like forgiveness, mental health, broken friendships, redirected dreams, sex, facts versus feelings, church hurt, rest, weakness, healing, and more in honest, down-to-earth terms while sticking to what Scripture has to say about them, you’ve come to the right place. Confessions of a Crappy Christian is for you if you:
*have ever thought you’re too messed up for church
*feel exhausted and alone in your struggles
*think you need to complete a checklist before God will love you
*need a friend who cares about you too much to let you stay stuckWith honesty and vulnerability, Blake Guichet, host of the popular podcast Confessions of a Crappy Christian, helps us embrace the truth that we can’t do it all perfectly and gives us the wisdom, guidance, and hope to move from “crappy” Christian into a freer and fuller walk with Christ.

Pawverbs For A Cat Lovers Heart
$19.99Cats aren’t just cute and cuddly; they also have a lot to teach us about life.
Our cats are our companions–they love us deeply, are always honest with us (sometimes too honest), and are there for us when we need them most. There is no sound in the world quite as soothing as the purr of a contented cat by our side.
But cats are even more than our companions–they can be our wise teachers, sharing lessons that stay in our hearts forever. Cats show us the importance of trusting the people we love; they model how to live with confident authenticity; and they inspire us to overcome obstacles that stand in our way. Ultimately, God has given us animals to point us to Himself–to the One who is always there and who loves us unconditionally, right where we are.
Pawverbs for a Cat Lover’s Heart is a collection of stories with beautiful photographs, each featuring a real-life animal and sharing a principle from the book of Proverbs. You’ll not only find inspiring and heartwarming tales, but also spiritual truths to touch your heart and remind you of God’s unfailing love, wisdom, and grace.

Like A River
$29.99Like a River, a triumphant story of new life birthed out of tragedy, will teach readers how to face their failures, confront their pain, and connect with God–the true source of life.
On June 4th, 2019, country music singer Granger Smith was enjoying a final evening with his kids before heading to Nashville for the CMT Music Awards and his next tour. While helping his daughter London with her gymnastics, his youngest son fell into their pool. Granger did everything he could to get to him, but he was too late. River drowned, and Granger’s world shattered.
The days, weeks, and months that followed River’s death sent Granger on a dark and painful journey. Every time he closed his eyes, he replayed the horrific event in his mind, and every time he opened his computer, he was bombarded by the critique and criticism of people who blamed him for the accident.
Despite his best effort to get back on stage with a smile and song, it was all a faade. On the inside he was dying. Fortunately, that’s not how his story ended. And now he is compelled to help people all around the world find strength, peace, and hope on the other side of tragedy.
*Like a River, life is full of twists and turns.
*Like a River, people pollute our world with their critique and criticism.
*Like a River, tragic events keep us dammed up.
*But like a river, we can find the courage to keep moving downstream.Rivers don’t run on their own strength; they flow from their source. When we try to keep going on our own, we won’t make it, but when we connect to the greater source, we will find the strength and the faith to keep living after loss. This triumphant story of new life birthed out of death will inspire every reader to live Like a River.
